How to use Proxifier with Socks
Proxifier is a great tool for proxification any application through Socks. It's easy to use and configure. All traffic of system could be passed via socks too
Download and install Proxifier 3.0
Go to "Profile" - "Proxy Servers..."

Click on "Add..." button

Fill in "Address" and "Port" fields. Choose "Socks 5" or "Socks 4" as protocol.


Go to "Profile" - "Proxification Rules..."

For "Default" rule name choose action "Proxy SOCKS5 ..."

If you need to create a rule only for one or a few applications set "Direct" action for "Default" rule. Click on "Add..." button.

Choose application...

For example Opera

Select action - "Proxy SOCKS5 ..."

Click on "OK" button

If you want to pass DNS requests through socks you should go to "Profile" - "Name Resolution..."

And set "Resolve hostname through proxy"
