DNS requests via socks in Firefox
Do you want to know how to by pass hostnames' resolving through socks in Firefox? It's easy. It's available to increase your level of anonymity resolving hostnames via socks proxy.
You should know that it's available only for socks version 5, not for socks version 4. Because only socks5 supports UDP connections.
Run Firefox
Go to address line and type about:config, press "Enter"
Click "I'll be carefull, I promise" button
In "Filter" field type "socks_remote"
Choose "network.proxy.socks_remote_dns" and click on "false" to set "true"
Now resolving hostnames comes via socks proxy
